Package honeybees being loaded at Wilbanks Apiaries in Georgia for transport to New Hampshire.

In April, we drive South to Georgia and pick up package honeybees for beekeepers located in Northern New England. Typically we truck between 800 and 900 packages that are provided by Wilbanks’ and Gardner’s Apiaries. 

The packages are available sometime in mid April and mid May, exact dates varying  year to year. These dates will be posted at this site at the beginning of the year  so customers can anticipate their pickup time. This information will also be available by calling our office.

Customers are advised to check the status of arrival on a regular basis as dates can change depending on weather at the suppliers location.

We also try to have queens available for purchase the full honey production season.

Five frame nucleus colonies (nucs) are made up from our own hives and are available from May to early June.


We currently only take orders by phone or mail with a 50% deposit. Full payment must be made at pickup.
